Registration Important changes for payment by check!
Substitutions or Alternates: For people attending in place of someone who was pre-registered online: 1) You must bring the registration confirmation email as proof of registration AND 2) a signed notice that states you are attending in place of the person who was pre-registered, signed by the tribe or organization that paid the registration fee. Bring these to Dena'ina Center On-Site Registration and go to the Pre-Registered Line to collect your name tag, bag and/or banquet ticket.
Need to Cancel? Registration and banquet fees will be refunded at 50% following the close of the Conference. Please fax your cancellation to 907-271-2998. 50% refund requests will not be processed if received after November 23, 2012. You may wish to substitute an alternate for your existing registration instead of canceling - see instructions above.
Payment by Check:To pay by mail, checks must be postmarked by November 19 2012. If a payment is postmarked after November 19th the attendee must pay the difference of the on-site registration fee which is $20. To pay by check after the November 19th postmark cutoff date, participants must register on-site at the full cost of $150.

Register for the conference by October 26 and you will be eligible to win one of three Early Bird Prizes. Winners will be selected at random from all early entries.
A $500 first prize and two second prize awards of $250 each will be presented during the Opening Session on Monday. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to walk home with some extra spending money, just by registering early.
Check payments for Early Bird registration must be received by October 26, 2012.

Media at BIA Providers Conference
Because of sensitive information that may be shared by conference attendees, all media are required to obtain permission from the Alaska Regional Director, Eugene Virden prior to any filming or tape recording at the conference.
