The conference is being held at a new location this year. The Dena’ina Center at 600 W. Seventh Avenue, Anchorage Alaska.
The Banquet will be on November 30, at the Egan Center.

Substitutions or Alternates: For people attending in place of someone who was pre-registered online: 1) You must bringthe registration confirmation email as proof of registration AND 2) a signed notice that states you are attending in place of the person who was pre-registered, signed by the tribe or organization that paid the registration fee. Bring these to On-Site Registration and go to the Pre-Registered Line to collect your name tag, bag and/or banquet ticket.
Cancellations must be received in writing by close of business November 25 for a 50% refund of the registration and banquet fees. Please fax them to 907-271-2998 or 907-271-1750. After November 25, refunds won’t be available. The online registration fee for EventBrite is non-refundable.
Payment by check must be received by November 21st or your registration will be invalid and you will need to register and pay on site at the conference for the full price
Early Bird Prize
$500 $250 $250
Register for the conference by October 28 and you could be eligible for our Early Bird Prizes. Winners will be selected at random from all early entries.
First prize is $500, and two second prize awards of $250 each will be presented at the conference. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to walk home with some extra spending money, just by registering early.
Media at BIA Providers Conference
Because of sensitive information that may be shared by conference attendees, all media are required to obtain permission from the Alaska Regional Director, Eugene Virden prior to any filming, tape recording at the conference. Conference attendees will be informed of media presence.
